A quick and easy recipe for beautiful mini tarts with the filling of mushroom and spinach , topped with Parmesan cheese makes it perfect canapes for parties .
Ingredients Quantity
Tart ( Mini) 6pcs
Onion 1pc
Mushrooms 6pcs
Baby Spinach 200g
Garlic 3 cloves
Rosemary 1 sprig
Parmesan Cheese 100g
Cream 120ml
Thyme 1 sprig
Olive oil 50ml
Method -
Chop the Onion , Mushrooms, Garlic, Rosemary and keep aside
Take a pan, Make it hot , Add olive oil , saute onion nicely, add mushroom , saute , add spinach and rosemary , cook it well , add cream and add the seasoning.
Cook it nice , add Parmesan and butter.
Take a plate , place the tart on the plate , add the filling , put Parmesan on top and put it under the salamander . Once it gets the color , plate it nicely as shown in the video and garnish with olives and thyme .
